About the role
We are looking for a motivated intern to join Adecco's Global Marketing team, gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic, global environment and supporting B2B marketing initiatives across multiple countries.
Key responsibilities
Support the execution of global B2B marketing campaigns
Contribute to digital marketing activities (email marketing, automation, lead generation)
Assist in the creation of sales and marketing content (presentations, assets, messaging)
Collaborate with country marketing teams to localise and deploy campaigns
Work with the global sales team to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities
Support coordination of cross‑country projects and internal stakeholders
Profile & skills
First professional experience (internship or entry‑level) in marketing or related fields
Strong interest in B2B marketing and digital channels
Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot
Fluent in English (additional language is a plus)
Strong communication and organisational skills
