Job Overview We are looking for an IT & Cybersecurity Manager based in Milan to support the consolidation and evolution of RIMOND’s IT landscape. The role will contribute to the implementation of IT governance, infrastructure management, cybersecurity initiatives, and digital transformation projects across the Group. Working closely with senior management and external service providers, the successful candidate will help improve operational efficiency, strengthen security controls, and support the standardization of IT processes. The position combines operational responsibilities with project coordination activities and requires a proactive, hands‑on approach in a fast‑growing international environment. Key Responsibilities IT Operations & Infrastructure Support the implementation of the Group IT roadmap and operational initiatives Coordinate external IT service providers, monitoring service quality, SLA compliance, and issue resolution Support IT budget tracking and reporting activities Contribute to the standardization and governance of IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, cloud services, and end‑user devices Manage IT assets (PCs, laptops, mobile devices) and maintain accurate inventory records Support software license administration and optimization activities Coordinate internal IT support processes, ticket management, and user requests Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and digital efficiency across the organization Cybersecurity & Compliance Support the implementation and maintenance of information security policies and controls aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 principles Coordinate vulnerability assessments, penetration testing activities, and security reviews with external partners Assist in maintaining Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery procedures Support compliance initiatives related to GDPR, NIS2, and other applicable regulations Contribute to incident management, security awareness, and access governance processes Collaborate with external cybersecurity providers to monitor and improve the organization’s security posture Applications & Digital Systems Support administration of the BIM/Autodesk ecosystem (Revit, BIM 360/ACC), including licensing and user management Collaborate with external partners and business stakeholders on SAP HANA‑related activities Support the management of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments Assist with integrations between business applications and document management systems Contribute to the adoption and improvement of collaboration and productivity tools Maintain core IT security controls, including MFA, backup verification, access management, and account administration Requirements 5–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, IT operations, or cybersecurity‑related roles Experience coordinating external IT vendors and service providers Good understanding of cloud environments, networks, endpoints, and enterprise IT systems Experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 Experience with IT asset management and software licensing administration Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, identity and access management, and security best practices Ability to work independently in evolving and non‑structured environments Strong problem‑solving skills and hands‑on attitude Good communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non‑technical stakeholders Availability for occasional international travel (UAE, Japan, UK) Compensation and Employment Terms The employment level and compensation package will be determined based on the requirements of the role, the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and professional experience. The gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges from €45,000 to €55,000, in addition to any benefits and contractual provisions provided under the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CCNL).
