Provide functional support as the first point of contact for the Office Manager, applying knowledge of Fund Accounting procedures Perform functional analysis on the Fund Accounting application and related software Meet with Business stakeholders to collect, assess, and coordinate new software requirements and changes to existing processes Requirements

Experience in functional support and business analysis within application or software environments Good understanding of operational procedures Knowledge of the Fund Accounting process or similar banking operations Ability to gather, document, and coordinate business requirements effectively Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
