The Role
Join Kyndryl Italia Innovation Services as a Functional Analyst and become a catalyst for innovation and transformation. In this role, you’ll drive change and enable our customers to harness the power of technology to achieve their goals. You will interact with demand client contacts to understand functional requirements, gather necessary information to design an application, analyze requirements and transfer results to developers and technical analysts, and manage tasks autonomously. You will proactively define functional solutions, manage user requests, and develop your career in application projects.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Financial Services environments.
- Degree in STEM disciplines.
- Experience as an IT Functional Analyst in understanding functional requirements and translating them into functional analysis.
- Good knowledge of core banking processes such as current accounts, document management, mortgages, digital and biometric signatures, securities, derivatives, and anti‑money laundering reporting.
- Proactive, available, and quick to learn the dynamics of an application context.
- Proficiency in Italian & English language.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of PL/SQL language.
- Knowledge of standard modeling languages (e.g., UML) and notations (e.g., BPMN).
- Experience using specific tools for requirements management and analysis (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
