Overview Richemont, a leader in the luxury sector, seeks a FSS Proximity Team Leader for Retail and Corporate to manage IT support across Richemont Group sites in the Milano metropolitan area and retail network in Italy. The role reports to the IT Support Manager Italia and represents the Group IT department within the Field Services and Support (FSS) team inside I&O. Responsibilities People Management: recruit, coach, set objectives, appraise, create development plans, organize shifts, and maintain relationships with Local HR. Finance Management: contribute to budget preparation and quarterly review, provide hardware/maintenance inputs, and propose budget adjustments. Project Management: participate in roadmap definition and execution, capture activities, book resources, follow Group IT project methodology, and promote best practices. Service Management: monitor and report on delivery of business services, detect patterns, produce KPIs, and ensure operational excellence per Group IT and FSS standards. Technical Skills Intermediate knowledge of Windows OS, mac OS, Android, and i OS. Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365, MS Office, Teams, Share Point, One Drive. Basic knowledge of MDM (Workspace1, Intune), Active Directory, and identity management tools (Saviynt a plus). Basic networking (Cisco) and voice solutions (Teams PSTN). Experience in luxury retail (a plus). Service Now or similar incident/problem/change/asset management tools; deep ITIL knowledge (ITIL Foundation a plus). Project Management: PMI, Prince, or Agile methodology a plus. Qualifications Organised, autonomous, with strong communication, analytical skills, proactivity, and team spirit. Client‑oriented, open‑minded, with people‑management experience for small teams (~10 people). Languages: Italian (mother tongue), English (fluent, C1‑C2), French (nice to have).
