Senior Regional Sales Manager Italy (m/f/d)

To strengthen our international Sales team, we are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Regional Sales Manager Italy who is ready to shape the future of our brand in one of our key markets.
Your Mission
You are the driving force behind our success in the Italian market. With your deep market understanding, strong network, and strategic mindset, you position Falkensteiner as a premium hospitality brand — while actively shaping growth and long-term partnerships.
Your Responsibilities:
- Expand Falkensteiner’s footprint in Central Italy (incl. Sardinia)
- Develop high-value partnerships across Leisure, MICE & Corporate
- Successfully launch and position new properties in the market
- Manage and grow Key Accounts with clear focus on revenue and retention
- Close strategic deals with TOs, agencies & networks
- Deliver on sales targets and unlock new business opportunities
- Represent the brand at key events, trade fairs & client meetings
- Execute sales missions, Fam Trips & networking initiatives
- Maximize cross-selling across the portfolio
- Track market trends and identify growth potential
- Ensure clean reporting and strong data quality (e.g. Salesforce)
- Drive continuous improvement within Sales & Marketing
Your Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the 4* or 5* hotel industry
- Strong knowledge of the Italian market and established network
- Proven experience in Key Account Management and contract negotiation
- Strategic, analytical, and structured way of working
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High level of ownership, motivation, and a proactive “can-do” mindset
- Excellent Italian and English skills; German is a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
- Based in Rome or Central Italy
