The role is hands-on, requires closing deals, and expanding the sales team from Milan outward. You will set the playbook, manage complex negotiations and drive the full sales cycle. You will lead the Italy Sales Manager, influence strategic plans, forecast aggressively and align with regulatory changes and market trends.
