Jr Pre-Sales Engineer – Mobile Construction Sector - Graduate Specialist Program (m/f/d)

As a Junior Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be a sales and technical partner for our customers and a key contributor to the development and promotion of Bosch Rexroth Mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive innovation by promoting our full Mobile portfolio – from hydraulic components to electronics and software, electric motors, inverters, and IoT services.
• Build strong partnerships with the local Application team and our Headquarters in Germany, sharing best practices and contributing to continuous growth.
• Own projects end-to-end, from defining technical specifications together with customers to supporting implementation onsite when needed.
• Understand and anticipate market trends, guiding customers toward the most effective and forward‑looking solutions.
• Grow internationally, gaining specialized expertise in Mobile applications through structured training programs in Italy and Germany.
• Seal the deal, you will manage the negotiation and define agreements with our partners.

Qualifications

• Education: MSc in Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Aerospace Engineering.
• Languages: Fluent in Italian and English.
• Experience: Roughly 1 year of relevant experience or internship in a technical/application environment (preferred).
• Work style: Analytical mindset, results‑driven approach, strong collaboration skills, business acumen, and pragmatism.
• Mindset: Curiosity for industrial and technological topics, continuous learning attitude, and willingness to travel in Italy and abroad.

Benefits

• Gross annual salary (RAL) within €31,000 - €34,000 for a 40‑hour work week.
