Communication Manager
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the Studio’s communication strategy in collaboration with the Board.
- Build, maintain, and enhance the Studio’s profile at national and international levels.
- Identify positioning opportunities through awards, publications, conferences, speaking engagements, and industry events.
- Monitor the media landscape and the Studio’s public perception.
- Manage and develop relationships with media outlets, journalists, editors, and key opinion leaders across architecture, culture, design, real estate, business, and sustainability.
- Foster relationships with universities, cultural institutions, professional associations, and strategic partners.
- Coordinate activities with clients’ press offices to develop integrated and consistent communication campaigns.
- Plan and oversee the PR activities of the Studio’s Partners.
- Coordinate the production of editorial and corporate content related to the Studio’s projects and activities, including the definition of the annual editorial plan.
- Draft and supervise press releases, interviews, presentations, lectures, newsletters, web content, and corporate materials.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop compelling and consistent narratives that enhance the value of the Studio’s work.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of communications across all channels.
- Oversee the Studio’s digital communications, including the website, newsletters, and social media channels.
- Coordinate editorial planning and monitor the performance of digital content.
- Strategically leverage media channels to increase the Studio’s visibility.
- Oversee the Studio’s participation in national and international awards, competitions, and recognition programs.
- Manage and coordinate the organization of internal and external events, conferences, exhibitions, inaugurations, and institutional activities.
- Select, organize, and coordinate the Partners’ participation in public events and industry initiatives.
- Conceptualize and oversee photo and video productions, including international assignments, to promote the Studio’s projects and activities.
- Promote corporate culture through internal communication strategies and initiatives.
- Develop tools and content to foster engagement and information sharing within the Studio.
- Ensure alignment and consistency between internal and external communications.
- Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and external suppliers involved in communication activities.
- Monitor the Studio’s media presence through periodic reports and qualitative and quantitative analyses.
- Prepare reports and presentations on the impact of communication activities.
- Analyze metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Communications, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in a similar role within the architecture sector.
- Proven experience in project communications management and media relations.
- Strong knowledge of the international media landscape across architecture, design, and culture.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both Italian and English.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Experience in developing and managing integrated communication campaigns.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external consultants/suppliers.
- Proficiency in major digital platforms, social media channels, and performance monitoring tools.
- Strong interest in and understanding of architecture, design, sustainability, and urban transformation.
Junior Operation Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Support the creation of project teams and the allocation of resources across tasks, under the guidance of senior management.
- Assist in planning, reviewing, and monitoring project budgets, tracking variations and supporting reporting activities.
- Contribute to the analysis of design processes, including timelines, deadlines, issues, and solutions.
- Help identify operational inefficiencies or critical issues, reporting them to senior stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of new processes and software tools aimed at improving workflow efficiency and coordination.
- Assist in monitoring the overall production workflow, ensuring consistency and adherence to studio standards.
- Collaborate with HR and financial administration to support alignment between resources, competencies, and project needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Management Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations support, project coordination, or similar roles within architecture, engineering, creative, or design studios.
- Basic understanding of project workflows, budgeting principles, and resource planning.
- Familiarity with common digital tools for planning, reporting, and coordination (advanced expertise not required).
- Good knowledge of Italian and English.

Project Designer
Responsibilities:
- Understand the design intent and the key concepts underlying the project.
- Develop ideas, materials, and references during the early stages of the project proposal.
- Produce images and drawings that clearly represent the project, from overall vision to detailed scale.
- Organize work according to project priorities and development requirements.
- Contribute to the project team and provide support as needed.
- Collaborate with members of the internal design team.
- Develop the project using BIM modelling producing models, drawings, and visual content primarily in Revit.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in BIM methodology and BIM software, with mandatory advanced knowledge of Revit.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a BIM-based and multidisciplinary environment.
- Ability to work effectively in an informal and dynamic workplace.

Interior Project Designer
Responsibilities:
- Design interior spaces across a variety of building types, responding effectively to client requirements.
- Understand the design intent and key concepts underlying each project.
- Develop early‑stage project proposals, including ideas, layouts, material references, and mood boards.
- Produce images, presentations, and drawings that clearly represent the project, from overall vision to detailed scale.
- Prepare technical drawings, layout plans, and all required documentation across the different project phases.
- Collaborate on spatial design, material selection, and definition of finishes and characteristics.
- Develop projects using BIM modelling, producing models, drawings, and visual content primarily in Revit.
- Organize work according to project priorities and development requirements.
- Contribute to the project team and provide support as needed.
- Collaborate closely with members of the internal design and planning teams.
- Design custom furniture and bespoke interior elements.
- Enhance interior spaces through coherent stylistic choices aligned with the client’s identity.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in BIM methodology and BIM software, with mandatory advanced knowledge of Revit.

Tender and Proposal Manager
Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze public tenders, invitations, and competitions in line with ACPV’s strategic objectives.
- Assess the technical and economic feasibility of participating in a given tender or competition.
- Complete pre‑qualification questionnaires (RFQ / PQQ) and ensure eligibility requirements are met.
- Collect and verify all documentation required by tender procedures, including coordination with other economic operators (partners or consultants) involved in the bid.
- Draft tender documentation in close coordination with the Head of Bidding and/or relevant Partner.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure full compliance with the schedule set by the tendering authority.
- Submit complete proposal documentation according to the formats and timelines defined by the tender process.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of an internal archive of tender and pre‑qualification documents.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within architectural or engineering firms that manage complex bids.
- Proven ability to manage the full tender process, from opportunity analysis to submission.
- Strong understanding of public procurement regulations and private bidding procedures.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel; experience with tender platforms and document management tools is an advantage.
- English fluency is mandatory (spoken and written).
- Strong inclination towards digitalization and proficiency with data and workflow tools such as Power BI, Airtable, and similar platforms is highly valued.

Business Development Officer
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyse requests for collaboration related to potential new design commissions and business opportunities.
- Gather, organise, and maintain the information required for the preparation of proposals and commercial documentation.
- Support the Partner in Charge and General Manager in evaluating and developing approaches to new business opportunities.
- Prepare fee proposals and commercial offers, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and alignment with client requirements.
- Contribute to the preparation of technical and commercial proposal materials, including portfolios, project references, case studies, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor proposal deadlines and progress, helping ensure timely and high‑quality submissions.
- Support the Business Development Manager in coordinating external stakeholders involved in proposal and business development activities, including engineering firms, specialist consultants, local partners, and other collaborators.
- Collaborate with the Legal Advisor and the Partner in Charge in gathering and managing documentation required during contractual and appointment formalisation phases.
- Contribute to ensuring that client requests receive timely, accurate, and high‑quality responses aligned with ACPV standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, within an architecture or engineering firm.

BIM Technician
Responsibilities:
- Managing BIM workflows from point cloud data acquisition to model delivery.
- Developing and maintaining the internal BIM component library.
- Creating and maintaining complex parametric Revit families.
- Supporting BIM Coordinators in project coordination and ensuring compliance with BIM standards.
- Supporting the team with data extraction and information management from BIM models.
- Assisting BIM Management with staff training on BIM tools and best practices.
- Ensuring quality control of models and BIM components according to company standards.
Requirements:
- 2–6 years of experience in BIM‑related roles.
- Experience with laser scanning technologies and point cloud processing is a plus.
- Understanding of BIM coordination workflows and methodologies.
- Familiarity with national and international BIM standards.
- English fluency is mandatory.
Software:
- Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit, particularly the Family Editor environment.
- Dynamo and coding skills are appreciated.
BIM Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- BIM Project Setup and Maintenance according to Company Standards.
- BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM projects data sets/workflows.
- Maintenance of project BIM execution plans and technical documentation.
- Establish BIM Coordination workshops and report progress at the Project Design Team meetings.
- Creation and maintenance of Complex Parametric Revit Families.
- Produce and maintain Dynamo Scripts to improve design workflows.
- Provide one‑to‑one training on ‘Best Practice’ workflows to project teams.
- Provide technical support for BIM enabling software applications to the project team.
- Liaise with company BIM Management to develop and maintain Firm BIM Standard.
- Assist or contribute when required.
Requirements:
- Highly organised, meticulous and result‑driven.
- In‑depth knowledge of Revit, Navisworks and Dynamo is a prerequisite and essential.
- Knowledge of the following is an advantage: Python, C# or general coding skills.
- Experience in multidisciplinary design coordination.
- Master Degree in Architecture or similar.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of an effective team.
- 2+ years of experience as BIM Coordinator.
- 3+ years of working experience with Revit as the primary tool.
- Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English is mandatory.
Real‑Time Artist – Visualization Department
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall asset production pipeline from architectural concept to finished real‑time experience.
- Import and optimise architectural models for use in Unreal from Revit.
- Assist creation of photorealistic real‑time environments and assets.
- Create photorealistic PBR materials within Unreal and additional software packages.
- Author optimised, commented and efficient blueprints.
Requirements:
- Excellent rendering skills, including for interior design.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Artist working in Unreal, in the visualization, VFX, Real‑time or similar field.
- Ability to work on own initiative and be proactive.
- Ability to manage time and priorities.
- Passionate, accurate and detail oriented.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Ability to work in Italy is mandatory.
Software skills:
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine and BIM workflow including Datasmith.
- Experience in C4D, 3DS Max or equivalent.
- Knowledge of optimisations using Nanite and LOD on large scale projects.
- Knowledge of Substance 3D Painter.
- Knowledge of AE and Premiere for animations is a plus.
