Cosa farai? All’interno del team, supporterai professionisti esperti in attività di: sviluppo e gestione della pipeline di opportunità M&A (buy-side/sell-side); partecipazione attiva a fiere ed eventi di settore per la generazione di prospect; interazione diretta con

key decision makers

nell’ambito di progetti di acquisizione e partnership strategiche; rafforzamento del posizionamento internazionale di EpyonVivida – in particolare nell’area DACH – e sviluppo del network; collaborazione con il Team Execution lungo le diverse fasi del processo M&A, fino al Closing.

Chi cerchiamo? Laurea ad indirizzo Economico o Marketing ed esperienza di circa 1 anno in ambito

M&A, Consulting o ruoli commerciali B2B; ottima conoscenza della lingua tedesca (madrelingua / livello professionale) ed inglese

e disponibilità a viaggiare; forte interesse per il mondo M&A e per le attività di sviluppo commerciale; precisione e attenzione al dettaglio; buone capacità organizzative e di gestione delle priorità; ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali, unite a proattività e orientamento al risultato.

Junior Business Developer - M&A (German speaker) MILAN

What will you

do? As part of the team, you will support experienced professionals in: developing and managing the M&A opportunity pipeline (buy-side/sell-side); actively participating in industry fairs and events to generate new prospects; interacting directly with

key decision-makers

in acquisition and strategic partnership projects; strengthening EpyonVivida’s international positioning – particularly in the DACH region – and expanding the network; collaborating with the Execution Team across all stages of the M&A process, up to Closing.

Who are we looking for? Degree in Economics or Marketing with approximately 1 year of experience in

M&A, consulting or B2B sales roles; excellent command of German (native/professional level) and English, and willingness to travel; strong interest in M&A and business development activities; high level of accuracy and attention to detail; good organisational skills and ability to manage priorities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with proactivity and a results-oriented mindset.

Deine Aufgaben Innerhalb des Teams unterstützt Du erfahrene Kolleg:innen bei: aufbau und Management der M&A-Pipeline (Buy-Side/Sell-Side); aktiver Teilnahme an Fachmessen und Branchenevents zur Generierung neuer Leads; direkter Austausch mit Entscheidungsträgern

im Rahmen von Akquise- und strategischen Partnerschaftsprojekten; stärkung der internationalen Positionierung von

EpyonVivida

– insbesondere im DACH-Raum – sowie Ausbau des Netzwerks; zusammenarbeit mit dem Execution-Team entlang des gesamten M&A-Prozesses bis zum Closing.

Dein Profil abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Marketing sowie ca. 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung in

M&A, Consulting oder im B2B-Vertrieb; sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Muttersprache bzw. verhandlungssicher) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse und Reisebereitschaft; starkes Interesse an M&A und Business Development; präzision und Detailorientierung; gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Priorisierungsvermögen; ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten sowie Eigeninitiative und Ergebnisorientierung.
