We are looking for a
Junior Legal Specialist - Data Privacy
to join KIKO MILANO’s Legal Team, supporting the Global Legal function and reporting to the Global General Counsel and
Global
Privacy
Legal Manager.
Candidates who are not available to relocate to Milan or commute regularly are kindly asked not to apply.
Such talent will support the Legal team in day-by-day legal activities related to data protection matters and privacy compliance at Group level, collaborating with senior legal professionals across multiple jurisdictions.
Support the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of Group privacy policies, standards and procedures in line with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations;
Contribute to the drafting, review, update and negotiation of data protection clauses in a wide range of commercial contracts, including related data protection annexes, such as Data Processing Agreements, etc.;
Support Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and other privacy compliance activities under the supervision of senior legal team members;
Provide assistance in the ordinary management of data protection issues, liaising with external DPO.
Degree in Law
with a thesis on data protection
is mandatory or
a Master’s program on personal data protection;
~1 year maximum experience in Data Privacy;
~ Strong interest in data protection, commercial law and corporate legal matters;
~ Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
