Job Description
Join Accor's Revenue Management & Pricing team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract and gain hands‑on experience supporting the commercial performance of a portfolio of hotels.
Working alongside experienced Multi‑Hotel Revenue Managers, you'll help shape pricing and inventory strategies, analyse market trends, and contribute to revenue optimisation across multiple properties. This is an exciting opportunity to develop valuable analytical and commercial skills while building a strong foundation for a career in hospitality.
Responsibilities
Support pricing and inventory decisions across an assigned portfolio of hotels.
Assist in implementing revenue management strategies aligned with Accor's commercial guidelines.
Help maximise hotel revenue by analysing performance data and identifying opportunities for growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and benchmarking data to support strategic decision‑making.
Contribute to short‑ and long‑term revenue forecasts and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Track booking pace, pickup, and demand trends to support commercial recommendations.
Participate in revenue strategy meetings and provide data‑driven insights to hotel teams.
Collaborate with Revenue Managers and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure effective execution of commercial strategies.
Ensure revenue management systems are maintained and pricing is optimised up to 405 days in advance.
Qualifications
Holds a university degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
Brings 1 to 3 years of experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, Finance, Data Analysis, Trade Marketing, or a similar hospitality‑related function.
Enjoys working with numbers, analysing data, and turning insights into practical business recommendations.
Is proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced international environment.
Demonstrates strong analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
Communicates effectively and enjoys collaborating with colleagues across different teams.
Has a good command of Microsoft Excel; experience with Tableau or Revenue Management Systems such as IDeaS would be a plus.
Is fluent in English and Italian.
Already holds a valid work permit for Italy (visa sponsorship is not available).
