Overview Are you passionate about building customer relationships and driving business growth? Join us as an Area Account Manager, where you'll work closely with direct industrial clients and converter/distributor partners to deliver tailored solutions from the company's diverse portfolio. Responsibilities

Plan & Manage Accounts: Create and maintain account plans with clear goals, forecasts, and budgets. Keep them updated based on market and customer developments. Build Customer Relationships: Engage with customers through regular visits and communication. Act as a reliable partner, ensuring follow-up and support. Drive New Business: Identify opportunities, connect with new clients, and turn leads into long-term partnerships. Analyze Market Needs: Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Share insights with internal teams. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal departments and external partners to support customer success. Report & Communicate: Prepare regular reports that combine data and insights, following company guidelines.

Key Fit

Proven track record in technical sales within a B2B environment. Fluent in Italian and English. Enjoy building and nurturing customer relationships. Conceptual and analytical mindset focused on customer needs. Eager to learn new technologies and stay current.
