Yarowa is an InsurTech company with Swiss roots that fully digitalizes the processes between companies and their providers in the insurance and property management sectors from order placement to invoice approval. Our proprietary B2B network solutions combine advanced programming with the highest security standards.

Responsibilities

  • Management and further development of our service provider network
  • Management of key clients, particularly insurance companies
  • Further development of platform functionalities in close collaboration with platform users
  • Onboarding, training, and ongoing support for platform users
  • Participation in testing and quality assurance of new functionalities

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Italian, with native or near‑native proficiency in Spanish
  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Information Systems or other relevant fields, or vocational training with relevant professional experience
  • Ideally initial experience in provider network management (e.g., insurance, brokers, online platforms, real estate companies)
  • Strong affinity for digitalization and IT
  • Comfortable in working closely with clients, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships
  • Strong conceptual and implementation skills
