Cap Ingelec is seeking an HVAC Construction Engineer in Milan to coordinate and manage our HVAC & Mechanical package on major industrial building projects. You will lead on-site operations, supervise subcontractors, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive handovers, with a Mechanical Engineering degree and 8+ years of experience, fluent in Italian and English. Based mainly on site with frequent travel across Italy, you will collaborate with partners and ensure adherence to QHSE commitments.
