What You’ll Be Doing
This role blends legal operations, product specialization, solutions architecture, and client advocacy. Your mission is to help our clients—some of the most sophisticated in‑house legal teams worldwide—extract maximum value from our platform.
Some Of What You'll Be Up To
- Acting as a thought partner to General Counsels, Legal Operations leaders, and in‑house teams, building trusted relationships and identifying high‑value opportunities.
- Collaborating with Go To Market and Engagement to own client relationships, from running pilots with key business units to onboarding new team members and guiding department‑wide adoption.
- Being the voice of in‑house users inside Legora—sharing insights that inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction.
- Delivering clear, confident product demos and training that bring the power of our platform to life, whether presenting to a GC, rolling out regionally, or training legal ops professionals.
- Documenting best practices, contributing to scalable playbooks, and shaping how we grow this function globally.
- Helping in‑house teams navigate the shift in corporate legal operations—evaluating ROI, mapping AI impacts across contract management, regulatory compliance, and more.
What You Bring
You come from in‑house law, but you’ve never been content with the status quo. Whether you’ve worked in a corporate legal department, driven efficiency initiatives, or consulted on legal tech, you understand how in‑house teams think, work, and struggle. You’re ready to help them level up with technology.
You'll Thrive In This Role If You
- Have a background in law with experience in an in‑house legal team or corporate legal department—ideally with exposure to legal operations, process improvement, or technology implementation.
- Are tech‑curious and product‑savvy, passionate about navigating technical conversations around generative AI, implementation, and productivity.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders, translating across disciplines.
- Bring structure to ambiguity and energy to complexity; remain calm and credible in fast‑moving environments.
- Understand how to evaluate and improve existing processes using emerging technologies—streamlining contract workflows, matter management, or compliance processes.
- Are proactive, self‑directed, and comfortable juggling multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Care deeply about quality but avoid perfectionism—deliver and improve continuously.
- Understand the commercial realities of in‑house life: demonstrating value, balancing risk and business objectives, and acting as a strategic partner rather than a cost centre.
