The team also deals with contentious work, especially high value executives and managing directors' termination cases.**Key responsibilities will include:*** research* supporting due diligence processes and data room entry* assisting in the preparation of memos and document review**Key requirements**:* Law degree (currently enrolled in the fourth/fifth year);
* Excellent academic credentials from an Italian University (please include the list of exams);
* Strong interest in Labour law;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
* Proficiency level in English;
