Luxury Cruise Hotel Operations Director

Royal Caribbean Group is looking for a Hotel Director to oversee all hotel operations onboard its vessels. This includes managing departments such as Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations while ensuring maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in a luxury hotel or cruise industry, excellent leadership skills, and a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business. The role also requires strong communication abilities and knowledge of business planning.
