The Hotel Director leads the Hotel Operations onboard a Royal Caribbean Group vessel, overseeing F&B, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, Finance, Entertainment, IT & Data Systems, Cruise Sales and all onboard revenue areas. Accountable for day-to-day performance and delivery against KPI targets and company-based goals.
