Manager, Delivery Solutions Architects

Overview

As DSA Manager you lead a Delivery Solution Architect team in the SEMEA region, shaping post‑sales delivery strategy with Sales, Pre‑Sales, FDE and Partners. You drive adoption and ROI for major customers by combining commercial acumen with deep technical expertise across Databricks products. You report to the SEMEA SSA & DSA leader and act as a technical sponsor and thought leader for selected customers. You also build assets to mature the DSA practice and improve delivery effectiveness. Lead and manage a diverse team of Delivery Solution Architects to achieve growth, career development and hiring goals Set an example by leveraging AI tooling to deliver executive‑level thought leadership discussions Allocate accounts and distribute work to optimize coverage and balance for the team Foster customer‑obsessed engagement by understanding client goals and use cases with Databricks technology Collaborate with Sales, Pre‑Sales and FDE to accelerate customer growth Support risk mitigation and elevate issues as needed to protect customer success Monitor customer progress, forecast growth, and guide team activities Contribute to improving internal processes and customer success offerings Promote cross‑functional programs, plans, and documentation Responsabilità

10+ years of experience in a customer‑facing role Experience leading a team of pre‑ or post‑sale consultants/solution architects, technical account managers or customer success engineers Experience in Cloud, Data, AI domains Experience delivering workloads or data products into production in roles such as delivery architect, project manager, DevOps, or service/product owner Familiarity with business issues and big data use cases across industries Fluent in Italian and English; additional regional languages advantageous Based in Milan or within 1 hour commute
