In this role you lead a Italy-based team of pre‑sales Solutions Architects and Solutions Engineers, partnering with sales to drive revenue and customer value. You coach and scale a high‑performing field‑engineering unit, communicating complex value‑focused solutions to senior stakeholders and shaping implementation strategies with partners. You’ll build a customer‑obsessed, collaborative culture in a hyper‑growth environment and strengthen Databricks’ brand through cross‑functional leadership.

Responsabilità
Experience managing a team of Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS professionals
Experience in consumption‑based business environments
Mentoring and scaling technical teams
Instituting processes for technical field members to improve efficiency and product focus
Ability to partner and collaborate with Sales and cross‑functional leaders
Passion for data and AI market and Cloud software models with a strong POV on value of Databricks solutions
Technical or consulting background in Data Engineering, Database technologies or Data Science
Strong communication skills; Italian native and fluent in English
