Role Overview: The Global Product Manager plays a crucial role in managing and evolving Cavotec’s ShorePower portfolio. This role ensures product success by: Leading product lifecycle management Understanding customer needs and market trends Driving product development and improvements Supporting sales and marketing teams in commercial activities Key Responsabilities:
Product Management & Development Define and manage product roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer requirements. Prioritize and coordinate product development efforts with engineering teams. Monitor product performance metrics, including quality, profitability, and turnover.
Develop business cases and sales collateral to support commercial activities.
Sales & Business Enablement Train sales teams on product knowledge and applications. Requirements: MSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience). 3+ years in product management, product marketing, or business development. Fluent in English (Italian is a plus). Up to 30% travel, primarily within Europe, with potential global engagements. Please attach your updated CV in English to your application.
