Have strong experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns in fast-paced, consumer-focused environments Enjoy turning insights into impactful campaigns that drive brand and commercial results

Team Our Italian Marketing team is focused on building brand awareness, consideration and demand in a dynamic and competitive market. Working closely with creative and media agencies, as well as cross‑functional teams across Europe, we deliver bold, effective campaigns that connect with customers and bring our brand to life locally. Role As Marketing Campaign Manager for Italy, you’ll lead the strategy, planning and delivery of marketing activity across above-the-line, social and owned channels. You’ll shape how easyJet shows up in the Italian market, ensuring campaigns are insight-driven, creatively strong and commercially effective. You’ll collaborate with teams across Europe, including Media Investment, Trading, CRM and Data Analytics, as well as local agencies, to deliver a fully integrated marketing approach. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, responding to market trends and driving performance through a full‑funnel strategy.

Lead the development and execution of the Italian marketing strategy aligned to the core brand Deliver integrated campaigns across ATL, digital, social and owned channels Partner with creative and media agencies to produce compelling, market‑relevant campaigns Manage media planning and investment to maximise return against brand and commercial targets Translate trading priorities into clear, effective marketing actions Use data and insights across brand, CRM, ecommerce and media to optimise performance Develop and execute targeted CRM campaigns to drive repeat bookings Ensure consistent and coherent messaging across all channels Manage local marketing budgets and financial processes Maintain strong internal communication across teams and stakeholders

Requirements

Proven marketing experience, ideally across multi‑market consumer brands Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes Deep understanding of campaign development from planning through to execution and measurement Experience working with above‑the‑line channels and integrated media strategies Strong attention to detail with the confidence to challenge and refine creative output Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and adapt quickly to change A collaborative approach with strong relationship‑building skills Fluency in both Italian and English

Practicalities This is a “Contratto di Sostituzione Maternità” (Italian Maternity Cover contract). Based in Italy, Milan, with monthly visits to the easyJet headquarters in London Luton or other European bases.
