Mechanical Engineer Equipment & Packages – Waste to Energy plants Full-time position at Kanadevia Inova. Overview We are a global technology leader in waste infrastructure, developing solutions to transform waste into energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and more. Responsibilities

Participate in contract reviews of plant projects with the Engineering Manager and ensure POs milestones are achieved on time. Prepare and issue RFQ Technical Specification Documents. Engage in technical negotiations with suppliers and lead kick-off and regular follow-up meetings with suppliers and stakeholders. Conduct supplier technical expediting meetings with Procurement and Quality Engineer. Ensure engineering-related activities are completed on time and with high quality, and facilitate the flow of relevant information to other disciplines. Collaborate with product owners and support updating of document templates.

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience as a Mechanical Engineer in Equipment & Packages on EPC projects of industrial plants, focusing on rotating equipment (fans, blowers). Ability to develop guidelines and standards for defined areas of knowledge. Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages considered a plus. Demonstrated ability to work in distributed teams across multiple locations and manage time effectively.
