To strengthen our Technical Due Diligence team in Italy, we are looking for Technical Consultant in the MEP field for our Milan office.

REAL ESTATE – WE DO IT

Turner & Townsend PJM we support property owners and property users in all technical and economic matters related to the development, construction, operation, and management of their properties.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

Participation in the purchase and sale review of existing properties and project developments of all asset classes (MEP sub-area) as part of the Technical Due Diligence, e.g., document review, property inspection, technical assessment (cost estimation & review of building regulations and legal requirements), report preparation.

Condition assessment of the trades heating, ventilation, sanitation, air conditioning/refrigeration, elevator technology, electrical, BMS/BAS, and plant-related fire protection.

Participation in internal quality control (costs and reports – MEP sub-area) and project monitoring of new and existing buildings.

Development of feasibility studies in an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications WHAT YOU HAVE TO OFFER

University degree in building services engineering, facility management, or a comparable qualification, e.g., completed technical vocational training and several years of professional experience in the field of technical property management.

2-3 years of professional experience in project management or planning in the MEP field, technical assessment, or technical property / asset management.

Confidence in assessing construction and refurbishment costs, as well as condition assessments.

In-depth knowledge in a MEP trade and interdisciplinary interest in all other MEP trades and cooperation with a professionally and humanly diverse team.

In-depth knowledge of standards, guidelines, and new developments in the MEP field.

Flexibility in thinking and independent action, combined with a good appearance and good communication skills.

Willingness to travel within Sweden.

Fluent Swedish and good English skills or good Swedish skills and fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
