Title: Mergers and Acquisitions Manager - M&A Manager Reporting to: Country Manager Employment Type: Full time Job Description This position is created to execute the Country expansion of Sungrow Renewables in Italy. The Investments and M&A team is instrumental in originating, analysing, and executing the "buy-side" of M&A opportunities and to finalise the project/plant selling, as well as organic investments and strategic analysis. This will allow the company to continue expanding its worldwide footprint and consolidating its standing as one of the major developers, Supplier and Contractor of renewable assets in the world. The individual in this role will own economic analysis models for investment opportunities, coordinate investment Due Diligence processes, prepare investment approvals and support in the execution of transaction documents. The individual will prepare strategic presentations for Sungrow Renewable Italy. Key responsibilities Coordinate and execute the due diligence, structuring and negotiation of transaction documentation in potential M&A opportunities. Coordinate external advisors (e.g., legal counsel, financial advisor) and direct internal Sungrow teams for NBO and BO stages of execution of M&A transactions Participate in strategic analysis projects (namely portfolio analysis and partnerships) Perform valuations and prepare investment memoranda to assist Sungrow decision-making bodies in global investment decisions Analyse greenfield projects in terms of economic risk and strategic options and provide reports of findings Produce and analyse financial models and assessing commercial data and assumptions which underlie financial forecasts Support the preparation of Sungrow business plans and impairment analyses, in coordination with the Corporate Investments and M&A Department Building effective working relationships within the business unit and participating in global technical communities to ensure a strong network of resources Skills And Qualifications MBA or MSC degree in Finance or related fields At least 4-5 years in core valuation, M&A, corporate finance or investment analysis. Big4, Investment Banking or Private Equity background is a plus Strong knowledge of valuation (FCFF and FCFE), financing, accounting, and strategic analysis Experience in the Energy or Infrastructure sector, preferably in renewables, is required Strong teamwork skills. Ability to manage empathetically interdepartmental relations within West European regions and Chinese Headquarter Strong time-management skills & ability to work onsite and offsite with minimum supervision Ability to demonstrate strategic vision and high attention to detail Value alignment: stewardship, collaboration, innovation and with a spirit of excellence Fluent in English, knowledge of Italian is a plus Compensation Gross Annual Salary around €70 K-€90 K according to the work experiences #J-18808-Ljbffr
