We are seeking a Mid - Senior level Lawyer for a first class law firm in Milan. (4yrs + experience) Structured Finance & Derivatives team You will be bar admitted and have experience from a top law firm in: Structured finance transactions, Debt Capital Markets The role will see you joining a well respected team in Milan and assist clients in financing and assisting issuers, arrangers, lead managers, dealers, investors in connection with debt capital markets transactions, structured finance, real estate finance , acquisition and corporate finance.
