Milan CSA QS — Hyperscale Data Centre, Tier 1

Evergreen Talent Group is seeking a CSA Quantity Surveyor for a landmark hyperscale data centre project in Milan, Italy. You will manage the commercial and contractual performance of Civil, Structural & Architectural packages for a Tier 1 contractor. Working with project directors and procurement teams, you will control budgets, CVRs, cash flow and final accounts, ensuring commercial success across a complex data centre lifecycle.
