Omnichannel MSL Autoimmune Type 1 Diabetes – Triveneto (Working area: Triveneto)

As part of the AT1D Medical Team, you will help chart a new course for Sanofi and preventive health care by bringing this innovative therapy to patients at risk.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify key stakeholders and decision makers in each geography, including emerging thought leaders (DOL and Rising Stars).
  • Aggregate multiple data points and perform tracking and analysis through CRM.
  • Develop enduring peer‑to‑peer relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, creating constructive, cross‑functional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to generate customer insights and leverage business opportunities.
  • Maintain the highest scientific and medical expertise within the assigned therapeutic area.
  • Implement the local KOL Engagement Plan by mixing channels that deliver an omnichannel engagement experience to customers in a personalized and value‑added way.
  • Execute medical plans for scientific engagement, evidence generation, insight generation, and partnerships for the assigned brands in conjunction with in‑country functions.
  • Execute MSL priorities within the Therapeutic Area.
  • Execute training and development programs in line with global strategy and local needs.

Qualifications

  • Previous solid experience in an MSL or Medical Affairs role; scientific knowledge in Immunology, especially type 1 diabetes, is an advantage.
  • Deep knowledge of multichannel scientific engagement.
  • Data‑driven approach, public speaking and communication skills.
  • Result‑driven orientation to proactively ensure and exceed objectives.
  • Management and organizational skills (planning, priority setting, flexibility).
  • Strong customer orientation, networking, and ability to build effective relationships.
  • Transversal cooperation, interpersonal relationships, adaptability to a multicultural environment, learning agility.
  • Ability to manage and plan editorial plans.
  • Scientific degree required; PhD considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in business English and Italian, written and spoken.
