Naval Architect Lead
Responsibilities
Check of naval deliverables (procedures, notes, technical reports)
Interface with classification society rules (ABS, BV and/or DNV) and with other naval disciplines, the construction team, clients and fabrication companies/yard
Develop feedback dossiers from projects, and expand knowledge of naval engineering competencies in vessel hydrostatic and hydrodynamic
Manage the timeline of the hull portion and quantification management activity
Naval engineering with a focus on vessel hydrostatic
Qualifications
Education: Master's Degree or bachelor's degree in Naval Engineering
Experience: Minimum 10 years as a Naval Architect Lead within structured companies
Languages: English (C1), Italian (C1)
Technical/IT Skills: Numerical techniques and software used in naval engineering such as FEM techniques and panel model-based numerical methods
Travel: Willingness to travel abroad based on project assignments
