Overview
In this role you lead the construction and Industrial services scope for a new manufacturing site within a global, quality- and safety–driven organization. You coordinate a cross‑functional team and external partners to manage capital investments in fixed assets from concept to closeout. You ensure smooth startup of utilities and compliance with safety and hygienic standards for plant operations. The position offers impact through capital projects, asset optimization, and site commissioning in a high‑visibility manufacturing environment. This is a chance to shape a large‑scale project within Purina's mission to improve pets’ lives and sustainability.

- Manage project documentation and digitalization per group standards
- Issue project‑specific URS aligning with TAP/Corporate standards
- Coordinate tenders and allocation for third‑party contractors, ensuring FAT/SAT/commissioning and close‑out
- Control communications with regulators and ensure alignment between progress reports and execution
Responsibilities
- Civil engineering background
- About 10 years of experience in complex construction sites
- PMI certification and international project lifecycle experience
- Experience managing capital investments (roughly 15MCHF)
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Knowledge of Industrial Services is highly recommended
- University degree in engineering
- Experience supervising teams operating industrial services systems
