As Net Revenue Management Excellence Manager, you will drive NRM transformation across Essity’s international markets within the central Commercial Development team. You will implement data-driven planning, run NRM workshops, and partner with Sales and Marketing to embed NRM frameworks for profitable growth. You will build KPI tracking, maturity assessments, and playbooks, while growing an engaged NRM community. Deploy NRM planning processes including annual planning Lead NRM Sprints to identify and activate growth opportunities Partner with Sales, Marketing and other functions to embed NRM frameworks Support financial tracking and KPI development to measure impact Lead and evolve the NRM People Accelerator roadmap for behavioural change Design and deliver engagement and embedding programmes Maintain NRM playbooks and resource hub Run NRM maturity assessments and track KPI impact Lead NRM Excellence Network sessions and foster an international community Promote best practice through knowledge sharing and recognition Drive adoption of analytical tools and ensure NRM platforms are embedded in ways of working Collaborate with local markets to generate actionable insights from data & analytics Own ongoing development and adoption of Landscape Assessment Portal Power BI report Responsibilities

Extensive experience in FMCG commercial or strategic roles 3+ years in Net Revenue Management / Revenue Growth Management / Strategic Revenue Management / Commercial Strategy / Market Strategy & Planning Strong knowledge of NRM levers (pricing, PPA, promotions, mix, trade investment) Proven ability to lead on numerical topics, such as scenario planning Proven ability to lead change and deliver results in matrix environments Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills Strong organisational and project management capability Excited to pioneer new ways of working within Essity and drive organisational behavioural change Experience delivering capability-building programmes is advantageous Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus Willingness to travel (20-30%)
