NPL Loan Portfolio Manager – Milan Hybrid

Best Italia Srl, part of the BEST Group, is seeking a Loan Manager to join our Milan team. You will manage non-performing loan portfolios and help define and execute legal and extrajudicial recovery strategies, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external law firms.

The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable with legal documentation, portfolio monitoring, and reporting. Fluency in English and Italian is required, with a habit of working in a hybrid Milan office.
