Descrizione:
The selected candidate will have a cross-functional role supporting the company’s organizational, operational, and administrative activities, working closely with management and assisting the administrative team in daily operations.
Main responsibilities
- Support to management (agenda management, travel arrangements, and operational activities)
- Support to the administrative team in management activities
- Logistics management (shipments, DDTs, transport, supplier relations, and rate control)
- Supplier coordination and operational management of spaces (offices and atelier)
- Organization of travel, hospitality, and hotel agreements
- Support in organizing company events and team activities
- Coordination of cross-functional operational activities supporting different departments
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills, precision, and a proactive attitude
- Familiarity with Mac environment and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word and Excel
- Ability to manage priorities and a problem-solving mindset, with the capability to operate in a dynamic environment
