• Own and drive workplace and facilities operations across OverIT sites in Italy, coordinating with international offices (UK, US)
• Own and manage workplace‑related budgets, ensuring accurate cost tracking, invoice validation, and financial control
• Manage vendor relationships end‑to‑end, including scouting, selection, contract negotiation and renewal, and performance monitoring
• Plan and execute internal events and company initiatives, ensuring high quality and strong impact on employee engagement
• Partner closely with HR to support onboarding and enhance the overall employee experience from a workplace perspective
• Continuously improve workplace processes and operations through structured analysis and pragmatic, solution‑oriented actions

• 3+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, operations, event management, or similar roles
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions
• Solid experience in vendor and contract management, with a good understanding of cost control dynamics
• Confidence and professional standing in interacting with senior stakeholders and external partners
• High level of autonomy, ownership, and a pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset
• Fluent English and Italian, with availability to work on‑site (approx. 20–40%) across OverIT Italian offices
