On-site data center hr partner — builder experience

Amazon Data Services Italy S. R. L. is seeking an on-site Data Center Operations Site HR Partner in Milan. You will work within the Builder Experience Team, collaborating with Data Center Operations leaders, HRBPs, and other HR teams to drive talent and performance strategies across the cluster. As part of the role you’ll leverage Builder sentiment insights, conduct weekly Gemba Go See walks, and support site leadership with coaching and HR problem-solving.
