About the role:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Logistics Operations Professional to join our dynamic OKAM Team in Turin or Milan.

This role is essential for ensuring smooth, efficient, and reliable logistics operations across Europe, with a strong focus on the fashion and luxury sectors.

The successful candidate will become a pivotal part of the Operational Key Account Management (KAM) team, working collaboratively to deliver tailored logistics solutions that meet the unique demands of our customers within the fashion and luxury industries. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop expertise in high-value, time-sensitive goods and contribute significantly to the growth and success of CEVA's European logistics operations.


What you will do:

As OKAM, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the agreed business scope between CEVA and customer operationally across the CEVA products Air, Ocean and/or Ground & Rail.
  • Support strategic reviews of account strategy, account/business plan and development to help and provide better operational execution.
  • Manage operational customers KPI’s and ensure smooth operations and efficient processes and engagement with key stakeholders where service failures are identified (non[1]compliance) and corrective action is in place.
  • Conduct and coordinate operational MBR/QBR’s for nominated customer(s) and internal.
  • Maintain on-going knowledge of procedural and/or regulatory changes as well as information published on the company’s intranets and ensure distribution of information vital to the operations of the department/team.
  • Generate defined KPI’s and provide material for routine reviews, conducting root cause analysis when results are subpar, and engaging the necessary teams for corrective measures.
  • Drive operational on boarding to new product awards to assigned account(s) and provide support to on-board business in conjunction with business implementation team.
  • Drive continuous improvement, including engagement & coordination of new initiatives with customer in automation, like EDI, BI tools, etc. with engagement of product and other departments when applicable.
  • Ensure SOP’s are created, kept up to date, managed, distributed, and used by the business teams.
  • Motivate and coach operational teams to focus on thebest customer service.


Who we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in logistics operations within air and ocean freight, preferably with exposure to fashion and luxury industry clients.
  • Strong knowledge of European freight regulations, customs procedures, and international trade compliance standards.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and build
  • constructive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented approach combined with the ability to analyze data and driving operational improvements.
  • Proficiency in logistics management software and IT tools used for freight tracking and documentation is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is considered an advantage.
  • A degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred but not mandator


Salary package:

Contract type: Permanent

CCNL: Logistica, Trasporto Merci e Spedizione

Working hours: Full-Time

Gross annual salary: € 30.000 – € 40.000

Individual salaries within the stated range are determined based on objective, role-related criteria, including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, job level, geography, and applicable collective agreement provisions.
