PwC Other Trust Solutions (OTS) supports organizations in strengthening resilience, transparency, governance and regulatory compliance, operating in complex and highly regulated contexts with services focused on governance, risk & compliance, cybersecurity, technology solutions for the Trust world and ESG topics. We are looking for a Manager to lead initiatives in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity Management and Crisis Management. The role involves supporting public and private organizations in designing, implementing and maturing their resilience frameworks, protecting critical processes and services, strengthening incident response capabilities and ensuring compliance with national and European standards and requirements. The incumbent will manage and coordinate complex projects in Operational Resilience, interfacing with executive stakeholders and leading multidisciplinary teams. Upon joining the team, you will have the opportunity to: Define, implement and improve frameworks and Management Systems for Operational Continuity (SGCO), supporting organizations on the adoption and maintenance of industry best practices. Conduct assessments and analyses of operational resilience focusing on Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Technology & Cyber Resilience, Supply Chain Resilience and Emergency Management; assess maturity levels, organizational capabilities, critical dependencies and areas for improvement. Coordinate the execution of Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Risk Assessment and activities for identifying critical services and processes. Define strategies, operating models, processes, procedures and plans for Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management. Design, plan and lead exercises, simulations and training activities to increase preparedness and awareness of organizations in managing critical events and crisis scenarios. Support organizations in verifying compliance with standards and reference regulations in the resilience area, such as ISO 22301, ISO 22361, CER Directive and related implementing provisions. Contribute to the development of team skills, client relationships and identification of new project and market opportunities. Provide, where requested, support for Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance initiatives in close integration with operational resilience topics. Location: Milan (Sede di riferimento). Candidature also considered for Padua, Bologna, Florence, Rome, Turin. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and/or master’s in security and crisis management, or engineering-related field. 5–7 years of experience in leading firms or top consultancy firms. Knowledge of main standards and reference frameworks in resilience and cybersecurity, including ISO 22301, ISO 22361, BCI Good Practice Guidelines, ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework and sector frameworks. Knowledge of national and European resilience and security regulations, including CER Directive, NIS/NIS2 Directive, National Cyber Security Perimeter and related implementing provisions. Fluent English language proficiency. Motivation and enthusiasm for the role, with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Certifications such as ISO27001, ISO22301, CBCI, AMBCI, CBCP are a plus; additional certifications and expertise in physical security and travel risk management are welcome.
