What You’ll Do As an Operations Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the operational excellence of the Supply & Onboarding processes monitoring performance end-to-end and proactively addressing risks, bottlenecks, and disruptions. Your main responsibilities will include:

Lead the end-to-end hiring and onboarding of therapists, ensuring targets are met in line with company growth and client-therapist balance needs Oversee and continuously improve the clinical onboarding process, ensuring a high-quality and consistent experience Define, refine, and communicate a compelling value proposition for therapists to drive attraction, conversion, and long-term engagement Own and optimize the full onboarding journey, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, speed, and satisfaction Manage the therapist offboarding process, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience while gathering insights for continuous improvement Oversee room management, ensuring effective allocation and utilization aligned with operational needs

Must-have skills

3–5 years of experience in Operations, Service Operations or Program Management (preferably in high-volume scale-ups). Experience working in fast-paced, high-variability operational environments. Strong familiarity with operational metrics, SLAs, and structured workflows. Proven experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to root-cause analysis and continuous improvement. Strong analytical mindset with a strong bias toward execution. Fluency in English.
