Descrizione:
TP LINK Italia is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will help to manage daily office operations, basic financial workflows, and HR logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices and coordinate administrative and HR payments.
Review employee expenses to ensure compliance with company policies.
Track monthly bills related to general office operations.
Procure office supplies and manage inventory levels and organization.
Manage company apartments, including maintenance coordination, cleaning schedules, and bookings.
Maintain tidy spaces across all common office areas.
Schedule job interviews of candidates
Handle ad-hoc tasks and miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in administrative or secretarial roles.
Languages: Fluent Italian and proficient in English
Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and high accuracy.
Software: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and email management tools.
Status: Eligibility for Italian Law 68/99 (Protected Categories) is highly preferred.
Job Details
Type: Part-Time (4 hours/day).
