Experteer Overview
In this role you drive revenue growth by unlocking value from Orange’s partner ecosystem across Europe. You will operationalize partner management, nurture strategic collaborations, and develop a facilitation channel with hyperscaler marketplaces. The position sits in the Sales Growth/Partner Team, collaborating with marketing and sales to maximize joint opportunities. You’ll shape how partners contribute to customer solutions and help build a scalable sell-through approach.

- Operationalize partner management for allocated partners across clusters
- Drive partner engagement with internal teams and Partner Sales Team partners to improve win chances
- Cultivate strong partner relationships and identify cluster opportunities
- Integrate partner pipeline leads into the cluster pipeline and support joint deals
- Manage partner deal registration for pricing and technical support
- Engage partners in account planning sessions for joint success
- Establish governance structures for consistent partner engagement
- Leverage partner portals and programs for resources, training, and co-marketing funds
- Access local partner marketing budgets for lead generation
- Promote partner participation in campaigns and events to maximize reach
- Implement marketplace framework contracts in cluster countries and adapt to trends
- Maintain positive partner relations and elevate issues to senior management when needed
- Support Sales Academy in knowledge transfer about partner solutions
- Assess partner participation through mapping and engagement strategies
- Develop joint business plans to promote Orange within partner ecosystems
- Act as Partner Sales Lead for hyperscalers and create/plan a facilitation channel for marketplaces
Responsabilità
- Partner management and sales background
- Fluency in English
- Experience selling ICT solutions and value-added services
- Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Familiarity with sales certification and partner knowledge
- Ability to work in a matrix environment
- Experience in partner engagement and management
- At least 6 years of experience in sales/relationship management
