/ppbr/ppWe are seeking a dedicated Patent Attorney Specialist to join our Global IP Department within the RD Function at Industrie De Nora, located in Milano.
/ppbr/ppThe Patent Attorney is expected to have proven knowledge, experience and interests relating to the following activities: /pulliIdentify and scout inventions and know-how across the organization /liliPrepare, draft, file, prosecute and defend patent applications and patents world-wide /liliEvaluate patentability
risk/FTO assessments and analyses /liliProvide strategic IP advice and counseling to the business on all IP related matters /liliSupport the licensing of IP rights and contribute to the drafting and negotiation of IP related agreements /liliPromote IP awareness within the organization through training initiatives and by defining, implementing, and mantaining IP guidelines and procedures /liliManage patent portfolio
reporting /liliCarry out additional IP activities, including IP Due Diligence and IP support for RD projects /liliSupport the implementation and enforcement of corporate
