In this role, you will shape a high-performing culture at Satispay by designing and implementing engagement and talent strategies that align with business goals. You’ll lead culture initiatives, drive employee engagement, and oversee leadership development and L&D programs across the organization. You will use data-driven insights to inform people decisions and collaborate with leaders to deliver measurable impact. 7+ years of HR experience in scale-ups or large corporations (600+ employees) Proficiency in Cultural Design, Change Management, L&D, and Internal Communication Strong engagement and people-experience track record L&D strategy and facilitation experience, bilingual in Italian and English Good business acumen and ability to design scalable processes Executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders Fluency in English and Italian Requisiti fondamentali
