7+ years of HR experience in scale‑up or large organisations (>600 employees) with proficiency in Cultural Design, Change Management, Learning & Development, and Internal Communications Proven ability to create engaging employee experiences and foster a positive work environment Workshop and training facilitation in Italian and English Track record in defining and implementing effective L&D strategies Business acumen with experience designing and scaling processes that deliver business value Strong communication and stakeholder management, including capability to influence senior leaders Requisiti fondamentali
