What you’ll doPeople Operations

  • Support onboarding & offboarding flows
  • Maintain employee records in our HRIS
  • Draft employment contracts and HR documents
  • Help monitor compliance (GDPR, labor law)
  • Be the first point of contact for HR tools & processes

Talent Acquisition

  • Support to manage the ATS (Factorial)
  • Screen CVs and coordinate interviews
  • Track recruiting KPIs and pipeline dashboards
  • Ensure a great candidate experience end-to-end

Who we’re looking for

  • Studying or recently graduated in Economics, Psychology, Communications, Law or similar
  • Detail‑oriented and process‑driven
  • Proactive — you don’t wait to be told twice
  • Fluent in Italian and English;
    Spanish, Portuguese or French is a big plus
  • Comfortable using AI tools to work smarter
  • Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information

Nice to have

  • Experience with Factorial or similar HRIS/ATS tools
  • Background in HR, recruiting or organizational psychology
  • Basic knowledge of Italian labor law
  • Hands‑on with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI…)
