What you’ll doPeople Operations
- Support onboarding & offboarding flows
- Maintain employee records in our HRIS
- Draft employment contracts and HR documents
- Help monitor compliance (GDPR, labor law)
- Be the first point of contact for HR tools & processes
Talent Acquisition
- Support to manage the ATS (Factorial)
- Screen CVs and coordinate interviews
- Track recruiting KPIs and pipeline dashboards
- Ensure a great candidate experience end-to-end
Who we’re looking for
- Studying or recently graduated in Economics, Psychology, Communications, Law or similar
- Detail‑oriented and process‑driven
- Proactive — you don’t wait to be told twice
- Fluent in Italian and English;
Spanish, Portuguese or French is a big plus - Comfortable using AI tools to work smarter
- Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information
Nice to have
- Experience with Factorial or similar HRIS/ATS tools
- Background in HR, recruiting or organizational psychology
- Basic knowledge of Italian labor law
- Hands‑on with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI…)
