Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support with the accurate end-to-end resolution of post-sale customer requests. Each day, you will assist in resolving warranty products, customer complaints and disputes in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by analyzing trends within the claims process to highlight any repetitive failures to further support continuous improvement.
The Customer Operation Post Sales Specialist is the first point of contact for ELSB/ELSP customers and business partners of the EL in Italy for Post Sales Request.
Reporting to the Post Sales Team Leader and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid the Customer Operation team by reacting to customer inquiries.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid.
You Will Be Mainly Accountable For
Delivering effective solutions to customers with return /administrative queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue
Monitoring the status of the request
Ensuring that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalation
Support the customer and act with integrity during the post sales activities.
Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification, manage a correct flow with internal stakeholders
Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas
Qualifications for the Role
An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues
Preferential knowledge of SAP, Sales Force and Excel.
A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
Fluent spoken and written English / French
Compensation Package
Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico.
Minimum annual salary: €36,000.
Variable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus.
