In this role you manage and optimize ENGIE’s power portfolio for the Downstream activity of the Global Business Unit Supply & Energy Management. You work closely with the Senior Power Portfolio Manager to drive pricing, hedging, and P&L monitoring, balancing analytical, operational, and data-driven tasks. You will structure bespoke contracts, ensure accurate deal validation in ETRM systems, and support forecasting and data tooling improvements. This is a growth-focused opportunity at ENGIE’s Milan office with a clear impact on the energy transition.

validate monthly price for invoicingCollaborate with Forecasting team to improve consumption profiling used in pricing and update portfolio and P&L forecastsContribute to tool development to automate portfolio and risk management processes2–5 years of energy sector experience in Gas & Power portfolio management, costing, or risk managementKnowledge of the Italian energy market and downstream dynamicsKnowledge of energy financial instruments (forwards, swaps, options)Understanding of pricing and forecasting modelsExperience with ETRM systems and reporting toolsStrong Excel skills;
Python or R is a plusFamiliarity with Dataiku or Databricks and PowerBIStrong analytical mind and ability to synthesize complex informationStrong communication and collaboration skillsProactiveness, curiosity, and ability to operate in a dynamic environmentEnglish fluency;
