Principal account manager, field sales

Experteer Overview As an Account Manager for Italy, you drive revenue growth by securing design wins and expanding ADI’s market presence. You’ll partner with Field Applications Engineers and BU specialists to solve complex customer problems and shape both short‑term deals and long‑term relationships. The role offers high visibility and cross‑functional collaboration across sales, technical support, and product management. You’ll be at the forefront of ADI’s growth in strategic verticals, delivering value through solution‑based selling. Retribuzione / Benefits Build and nurture trust with customers to understand new product developments Plan and secure ADI design‑ins and expand market share Develop regional ADI business and implement effective sales strategy Identify and onboard new opportunities/customers/startups for ADI Understand customer objectives and anticipate challenges Leverage ADI solutions to generate upsell/cross‑sell opportunities Manage all aspects of the sales process Collaborate with Sales Team to meet KPIs and share market insights Foster engagements between ADI and customer executives Coordinate with global account team and internal groups (support, development, marketing, product management, customer service) Visit customers regularly and participate in trade shows/events Maintain accurate reporting per internal guidelines Stay updated on ADI technologies, products, and trends Responsabilità 7+ years in a key/global account management role within the semiconductor industry Experience in technical sales to major and key accounts Experience managing sales projects on an EMEA scale Strong knowledge of semiconductor industry, analog & digital applications Experience in delivering customer presentations Experience with customer management, reporting and forecasting systems Experience collaborating with extended sales teams in dynamic, matrix organizations Valid driving license and passport Italian (fluent/native) and English (fluent); additional languages a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
