In this Principal role within the HE/HTA/V&A Practice, you will lead high-impact engagements for life sciences clients, shaping evidence generation and valuation strategies to support market access. You’ll partner with senior clients to identify opportunities, deliver exceptional outcomes, and enhance IQVIA’s brand through trusted advisory work. You’ll guide cross‑functional teams to design innovative HTA/HEOR solutions and drive revenue growth. This is a high‑visibility role that combines strategic leadership with hands‑on project delivery.

Responsabilità

• Master's Degree
• 10+ years in consulting, pharma, or healthcare with HTA/HEOR focus
• Experience with AI/ML is a plus
• Proven ability to build client relationships and tailor HE/HTA solutions
• Track record of leading HQ/global deals and offerings development
• Strong pharmaceutical industry and payer networks
• Deep understanding of payer evaluation processes
• Commercial awareness in health, HTA, and pharma sectors
• Experience in market needs assessments and value proposition development
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Analytical problem‑solving ability with structured thinking
• Ability to navigate complex, ambiguous information
