In this role, you will design and execute education programs across Evolus’ aesthetic portfolio for multiple markets. You’ll partner with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Compliance and Operations to deliver timely, on-brand learning experiences that boost HCP confidence and product adoption. You’ll manage end-to-end education initiatives, coordinate live and digital trainings, and ensure compliance and budget alignment. This position offers cross-functional impact, global reach, and the chance to shape professional education in a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute signature education programs across multiple markets
  • Own end-to-end execution for education initiatives: plans, timelines, budgets, approvals, reporting
  • Coordinate logistics for live trainings, workshops, congress activities, and digital events
  • Develop educational materials (agendas, slide decks, workbooks, facilitator guides) aligned with brand standards and compliance
  • Support KOL/faculty engagement: speaker contracting, onboarding, and event prep; maintain faculty database
  • Build omnichannel learning journeys across digital and in-person touchpoints; assist modular content build-out
  • Collect and analyze program metrics (attendance, satisfaction, learning outcomes, follow-ups) and provide actionable insights
  • Align education calendars with commercial priorities with Sales, Finance, and Operations
  • Monitor education trends and identify opportunities to enhance Evolus’ education experience
  • Support local heads of marketing in implementing the global education strategy and ensure local content alignment with PRB
  • Travel 25%-40% internationally for trainings, congresses, and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in professional education, training, or customer learning programs (preferably for healthcare providers)
  • Strong project management across multiple workstreams, budgets, and stakeholders in a matrixed environment
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and with external agencies, vendors, and faculty
  • Knowledge or strong interest in aesthetics, dermatology, medical devices, or related healthcare fields; comfortable in regulated environments
  • Data-driven with ability to track metrics, derive insights, and suggest improvements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in English and adaptable to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency with digital learning and collaboration tools; experience with webinars, virtual training, and LMS is a plus
  • Hands‑on, proactive, detail‑oriented work style
